  1. EMAIL SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION. These terms & conditions apply to the “Feel-Good Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) offered by NUORI ApS and Abel Odor Limited. The purpose of the Sweepstakes is to encourage email sign-ups and rewarding our email subscribers.

Eligible participants will be offered the chance to win the specified prizes during the ten-day entry period for the Sweepstakes, as described in Section 2.

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

  1. PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:

  1. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes will run from 3 PM CET on Sunday, November 1, 2020, through 11:59 PM CET on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Entries will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the entire Sweepstakes period. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, November 11, 2020. The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Any entry received after 11:59 PM CET on Thursday, November 10, 2020, is ineligible for a prize.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the EU and 48 contiguous U.S. States. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step-parents, step-children, and step-siblings) of sponsor brands are not eligible to enter or win.

  3. ENTRY RULES.

HOW TO ENTER: There is one way to enter into the Sweepstakes and become an eligible entrant (“Entrant”): enter an email address in the sign-up field. Upon entering the sweepstakes, the Entrant will sign up for the email newsletters of NUORI ApS and Abel Odor Limited. The Entrant can unsubscribe at any time.
