How to use

Apply liberally and evenly on clean, moisturized skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. For daily use, allow product to absorb completely before applying makeup. Re-apply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after perspiring or towelling. Using an insufficient amount of the product will lower the level of protection significantly.

How often should I apply the Mineral Defence Sunscreen?

As with all EU and FDA-approved sunscreens, we recommend reapplying every two hours or after water, perspiring or wiping.

Is your sunscreen ocean and reef-friendly?

Yes. We do not use any chemical sunscreen filter, nor titanium dioxide, in any NUORI sunscreen product. The only SPF filter we use in our Mineral Defence Sunscreen, is a new generation, transparent, non-nano zinc oxide filter.

Is the sunscreen tinted? What is the finish?

There are no added pigments to this SPF. The hue that is visible when dispending the product is from the French marine pine bark extract, a powerful antioxidant that also helps reverse signs of previous photodamage. The ‘color’ will disappear immediately upon application. Fast absorbing oils and new-generation non-nano zinc oxide create a matte and sheer finish - with no white cast.

Should I use a moisturizer, oil or serum under the Mineral Defence Sunscreen?
If you have combination, dry or dehydrated skin, we recommend using either a cream or oil-based moisturizer under our sunscreen. If you have oilier skin, or if the weather is hot and humid, you can choose a less moisturizing product, such as a preferred toner or serum.
